Care Instructions
All my paintings have been treated with a clear sealant in order to protect the colors. Do not use any type of chemical cleaners on your painting. Instead, use a dry cloth to clean any dust that may land on it or a damp cloth to clean off spots or films that might develop. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions about the care of your new painting. We hope you enjoy it!
Return Policies
All our paintings are shipped USPS with insurance. We will take a picture of your painting right before packaging. If you notice any discrepancy between the photo and the actual painting, please notify us within 7 days after delivery. Once we receive the painting back, we will issue a full refund... INCLUDING ANY SHIPPING COSTS!
Returns for any other reason will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Unfortunately, we cannot issue any refund unless you contact us within 7 days after USPS confirms delivery of your painting.
** Any expedited, overnight, or other rush method amounts, will not be refunded. In such cases, we will refund the price of the painting plus what our standard shipping price would have been.
